Building Series

Born from a family estrangement, this project explores No Contact, a growing cultural phenomenon affecting hundreds of thousands of people. It grew out of a deep exploration of the psychological and sociological complexities of family estrangement. I interviewed experts and those navigating estrangement to better understand the emotional realities of an experience that is often misunderstood and deeply polarizing. At its core, the project explores trauma, grief, identity, and the resilience that can emerge through healing.
